Madison Winkle, MS, LPCC-S, LAC
Madison is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Counselor Supervisor, and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adults aged 18 and older. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mary and brings extensive experience working with a wide range of mental health diagnoses.​
Madison has worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing an integrative and holistic approach to therapy. She draws from a variety of counseling modalities to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, with a strong emphasis on the mind-body connection. Her therapeutic philosophy centers on working with the entire nervous system to promote healing and long-term wellness.​
Madison is trained in several advanced modalities, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Somatic Experiencing®, Polyvagal Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She is currently completing advanced-level training in Somatic Experiencing.
In addition to her clinical work, Madison now offers supervision services for provisionally licensed clinicians seeking advanced licensure. She is passionate about supporting the next generation of mental health professionals as they grow in competence and confidence.​
Whether supporting clients in their healing journey or guiding new professionals, Madison brings warmth, expertise, and a deep commitment to helping others thrive.

Rhonda Althoff, MS, LPCC
Rhonda is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She earned her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. Rhonda is passionate about working with individuals, families, and couples dealing with issues such as behavioral challenges, trauma, attachment, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship concerns. She values working with families to foster harmony and minimize conflict, assisting clients in overcoming obstacles and achieving their goals. She is committed to supporting clients at their current stage in their journey. Through unconditional positive regard, empathy, and genuineness, she creates a therapeutic environment that fosters growth, safety, and self-exploration. She utilizes an integrative approach that incorporates various therapeutic techniques and modalities. She utilizes techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Experiential Therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and Attachment-Based Therapy, to assist clients in their process of self-exploration. Rhonda works with ages 7 and above.

Matt
Matt is Connection Counseling's new Billing and Office Manager. His duties consist of credentialing providers with insurance companies, submitting insurance claims for payment and review, managing all billable contracts, managing payment plans, and scheduling appointments.
