Madison Winkle, MS, LPCC, LAC

Madison is a licensed professional clinical counselor and licensed addiction counselor. Madison has a Masters of Science degree with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mary. Madison has experience with a variety of mental health diagnoses including personality, stress, mood, anxiety, and depressive disorders. Madison has experience with family, couples, individual, and group therapy. Madison uses a variety of counseling techniques and modalities to best serve her clients and assist them in reaching their mental health goals. She has experience with using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotion Focused Therapy modalities. Madison is EMDR trained through EMDRIA approved training site, Thrive Training and Publications. 

Rhonda Althoff, MS, LAPC

Rhonda is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor working towards advanced licensure. Rhonda received her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in June 2023. She has over 18 years of experience working with adolescents, teens, and families within the juvenile justice system and in community-based programs. She has experience working with mood and behavioral concerns, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, autism diagnosis, abuse, and trauma. Rhonda believes that the person-centered principles of unconditional positive regard, empathy, and genuineness are necessary for client growth and process in therapy. She utilizes these principles as the foundation to build a therapeutic relationship and create an environment where a client can feel safe talking about fears, big worries, while exploring their strengths. Rhonda uses an integrative approach to support a client where they are in their journey of self-exploration. She is passionate about helping those who have experienced trauma and other challenges throughout their life meet their goals. She is currently seeing children ages 10-12, teenagers, adults, first responders, correctional officers, and probation officers.
