Individual Counseling

Individual Counseling is provided for mental health struggles. Individual counseling provides a space for an individual to process and work through difficult situations. Individual therapy can help provide guidance, support, intervention, perspective, and relief to distressing issues one is experiencing.

Group Counseling

Group counseling provides connection and support in a larger setting than individual therapy. Group counseling options at Connection Counseling range from support groups to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy groups.
